Why do auto and manual colors differ?: Auto palette uses dominant cluster sampling while manual picking reads exact clicked pixels.
Does the tool support ASE or palette file export?: Not currently. Use copied HEX values in your design tool.
Are images uploaded externally?: No. Color analysis runs locally in-browser.
